Dispensary Etiquette & FAQ

We are a recreational/adult-use dispensary, meaning anyone over the age of 21 with a valid, government-issued ID can shop in our store. When arriving, have your ID ready to hand to security for verification.

Check out our menu & budbar before coming to a register; this allows for a smoother, faster process for our customers who are ready to purchase. Do you have any questions while waiting for the next available Cannabis Educator? You can also ask our security; they are cannabis educators too!

We are more than happy to answer any questions you have about our menu, give recommendations, and more with any of our Cannabis Educators. Take a peek around the store for some take-home cards and brochures about cannabis if you’d like to learn more about the plant. You can also view other posts within this blog for some fun educational material regarding cannabis.

We always recommend bringing cash to avoid any potential ATM fees. We are able to accept (certain) debit cards. We cannot accept credit cards. Download the hypur app for cashless payment with no fees.

We are here to help you purchase an item that you will enjoy based on your preferences. Unfortunately, cannot accept returns and all sales are final. We always welcome and appreciate product feedback.

Children are not permitted into cannabis dispensaries in Vermont. Service animals are always welcome. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome at our discretion.
